How to Determine Your Size

Follow these steps while wearing a non-padded bra, you should be standing straight upright and your arms should be relaxed at your sides when you determine your measurements.

Step 1. Measure Band Size

  • Measure your underbust using a tape measure making sure the tape is parallel with the ground. The top of the tape should touch the bottom base of your breasts while laying flat against the ribcage. The tape should not be too loose or too binding. Note the measurement in inches while you are exhaling.
  • Round any fractional measurements to the nearest whole number.
    • example: 38.4 inch would round down to 38 inch, 38.5 inch would round up to 39 inch.
  • This is your band measurement.

Step 2. Measure Full Bust Size

  • Use a measuring tape to find your full bust measurement in inches by wrapping the tape around the fullest part of your breasts. The measuring tape should lay flat and be parallel to the ground, there should be no gapping in the tape and no bulging of your skin.  Note the measurement in inches while you are exhaling.
  • Round any fractional measurements to the nearest whole number.
    • example: 41.4 inch would round down to 41 inch, 41.5 inch would round up to 42 inch.

Step 3. Determine Cup Size

  • Take the full bust measurement that you found in step 2, and subtract the underbust measurement that you found in step 1. Record the number of inches difference and reference this chart to locate your cup size.
